Effervescence – the visual pleasure of Champagne

Part of the joy of Champagne, indeed all sparkling wines, is the energy in the glass, the effervescence, the visual pyrotechnics before you take so much as a sniff. These pictures try to convey some of this from my recent trip to Champagne.
